i hope you're joining in with me. find a pretty journal and grab a pen so we can get started. here we go!
i'm thankful for...
337. the most precious friend who sent me a vintage book about being thankful. it brought tears to my eyes as i scanned through all the sweet pages. i'm looking forward to sitting down with my kids and reading such a simple book to remind us to be thankful.
338. days spent together
338. days spent together
340. seeing all my boys in one photo
341. walking into the church this past sunday to a fresh cup of tea from someone and knowing they thought about me and wanted to bless me
342. the way her seven year old hand grasps her pencil as she works
343. looking in the laundry room to find lily dancing to we believe.
344. ladies on instagram who inspire me to be more of a minimalist with stuff so i can appreciate being *in the moment* with my family and not so preoccupied with cleaning and organizing all the stuff we've collected
345. beautiful skies that make for warm days at the beach
346. how my nine year old reminds me on mondays that it's his day to be my kitchen helper. maybe he'll be a chef one day?!
347. our morning time routine in the living room consisting of a book read aloud together, memorizing, writing out their school work on their planners, a bible story and a prayer over our day as we each go about our own way
348. making homemade fizzy bath bombs
349. that time he learned how to use the self check out for the first time
350. the day we went to feed the ducks and i looked down to see him eating the bread
351. my favorite go-to foods for a quick meal
352. learning how to obey by staying on the blanket until the timer goes off
353. that day i surprised them at debenhams and let them sit in the makeup chair while getting a little lip gloss applied
it's all about being intentional, friends. going about our days intentionally looking for those blessings. He's the greatest gift-giver and i want to be forever aware and forever grateful.
