leaving home. going home.

a little more than two years ago we left everything we were familiar with in america

we left the special place we had always called home

we left all the precious people we loved

and we began a new season of life in an unfamiliar land...wales

that move was the scariest thing we've ever done together

but it was also the best thing we've ever done together

before we left america, we told our kids God was taking us all on an adventure
and the past two years have been nothing short of the most amazing adventure ever

fast forward two years and here we are again
in that all too familiar season
the one where God is saying, "go"

so we'll go

we'll be leaving a special place we call home
we'll be leaving precious people we love 
to begin a new season...again

 please pray for us as we've already begun to say our goodbyes
in less than two weeks we'll take our family of seven and board a plane
back to tennessee with our hearts more full than we ever could've imagined

i'll be forever grateful for the people we got to know, the memories we made, the obstacles and challenges we overcame, the lessons we learned, and the time we spent in that beautiful place we will always call home.
