so thankful

I have so much to be thankful for...I truly do...a wonderful God-loving husband, healthy and happy kids, the list just goes on and on.  

....but God has also been showing me the little things He blesses me with.  A few months back I was rocking one of the kids (can't remember if it was Carson or Ella), their head was turned just perfect with the light in the room to where I noticed a few tiny hairs on their ear.  I knew immediately God had given me that moment for I had never noticed those there before. 

....just went in to check on Ella a few minutes ago and saw her sleeping soundly with her one piece pajamas UNZIPPED...like usual!  I zipped it up as God spoke softly to my heart.  Thank you for that moment too, God.

....trying to finish up this post with Lily sitting in my lap looking at the computer.  I feel her head look up, so I stop and look down to meet her big eyes staring up at me as if I am the most important person in the world.  Then she grins.....Yes, Lord, I know...another sweet moment from you!

Thank you God for the big things and the small things in my life.  I feel overwhelmingly blessed tonight just thinking of ALL you do for me.
