i love my greeting card organizer

March 1

I am so glad I stole this idea!
A few months back, I began organizing a greeting card system for 2011 using an accordion file folder.  In it, I have each month labeled (Jan/Feb, March/April, etc.).  In each of those sections is a list of birthdays/occasions for that month, as well as the cards.  I love the way it turned out and now I am never caught off guard with a forgotten birthday!

I have a section labeled MISC. which includes address labels and stamps. That makes it easier so that I don't have to run into the PO with four kids to buy a stamp.

I also have sections (in the back) to store any extra cards (congrats, thinking of u, baby, anniversary, etc).
FYI...I waited until I found a great deal on the cards then I stocked up.  Walgreens was running a crazy deal on their greeting cards so I stocked up for birthdays, anniversarys, baby, congrats, and more.  I also bought some boxed sets of cards when a bookstore ran them BOGO.
Hope you are inspired to tackle this project!!
