Also, many of you know I have been trying to simplify the "stuff" in our house.  I have been giving away, throwing away, consigning, or trading just about anything I can get my hands on. 

Here is a tip for those of you who want to get rid of things, but don't know where to start. 

Simply set a timer for 15 minutes (give or take) then go throughout your house and find 25 items you no longer want.  Immediately take those items to Goodwill or somewhere else OUT of your house.
